Rockets From Gaza Cross Into Israel Day Before Hamas Attack Anniversary

The Israeli military reported that rockets were fired from northern Gaza into southern Israel on Sunday, just one day before the first anniversary of Hamas's October 7 attack.

According to the military statement, "Several projectiles were identified crossing from the northern Gaza Strip into Israeli territory. One projectile was intercepted, and the rest fell in open areas."

Israeli forces are currently on high alert in anticipation of potential attacks as the anniversary of last year's unprecedented assault by Palestinian militants approaches.
