In a heated online exchange, Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal and comedian Kunal Kamra clashed over concerns related to Ola Electric’s service network. The dispute began when Kamra posted a picture on social media, showing several electric scooters parked at an Ola service center, implying that customers were dissatisfied with Ola's service.

Kamra's post questioned whether Indian consumers had a voice and highlighted that two-wheelers are essential for many daily wage workers. He encouraged others facing issues with Ola Electric to share their stories.

Kamra's remarks quickly caught the attention of Aggarwal, who accused the comedian of making a "paid tweet" and sarcastically invited him to help with resolving the service issues. Aggarwal suggested that Kamra could earn more by helping Ola than from his "failed comedy career."

Kamra fired back, denying the claim that his tweet was paid for, and challenged Aggarwal to prove it. He also shared a video clip of his stand-up performance, responding to Aggarwal's personal jab with strong language.

Aggarwal responded by repeating his invitation to Kamra, suggesting he visit an Ola service center to understand the work involved, while Kamra urged Ola to offer full refunds to customers dissatisfied with their EVs within the last four months.

The spat comes at a time when Ola Electric is facing challenges, with its sales declining for the second consecutive month in September. The company’s market share dropped to 27%, down from over 50% in April, amid ongoing service issues with its flagship S1 series scooters.
