Candidates who have an NCC "B" certificate, a DOEACC “O” level certification, or two years of experience in the Territorial Army will be prioritized in the merit list.

In cases where candidates do not meet the above qualifications but still have the same scores, age will play a decisive role in determining the ranking. The candidate who is older will be given preference in the merit list. This approach ensures a clear and fair tie-breaking process.
