NBEMS Releases FMGE 2024 Admit Card; Exam Scheduled for January 12
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially released the admit cards for the Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE) 2024. Candidates who have registered for the exam can now download their admit cards from the official website, natboard.edu.in.
Steps to Download FMGE Admit Card 2024
- Visit the official website: nbe.edu.in.
- Click on the ‘FMGE 2024 Admit Card’ link available on the homepage.
- Log in using your User ID and Password.
- The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Verify all the details carefully, download the PDF, and print a copy for future reference.
Details to Verify on the Admit Card
Candidates should check the following details on their admit card for accuracy:
- Candidate's Name
- Roll Number
- Application Number
- Date of Birth
- Exam Date and Time
- Test Center Address
- Candidate's Photograph and Signature
If any discrepancies are found, candidates must contact NBEMS authorities immediately for corrections.
FMGE 2024 Exam Pattern
The FMGE, introduced under the Screening Test Regulations of 2002, is a mandatory qualifying exam for foreign medical graduates seeking licensure in India.
Exam Format:
- Total of 300 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
- Divided into two sessions of 150 questions each.
- Each session lasts 150 minutes with timed sections.
- Candidates must complete each section within the allocated time and cannot revisit submitted answers.
Mode of Exam: Computer-based test (CBT).
Exam Date: January 12, 2025.
Test Centers: Conducted across 71 centers in 50 cities nationwide.
Result Date: February 12, 2025.
Important Exam Day Instructions
- Carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam center.
- Arrive at the test center at least 60 minutes before the scheduled time.
