Special Carry-Over Exam Update
In related news, AKTU has announced that the special carry-over exams, originally scheduled for November 2024, have been postponed to next year. This decision follows challenges with the examination question bank and the examination agency.
The special carry-over exams, now set to be conducted online, will include multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and will be specifically held for final-year students. The university intends to ease the academic burden on these students, who are preparing for both regular exams and back-paper exams.
Placement Opportunities for Lucknow University Students
Meanwhile, placement opportunities have been made available for students at Lucknow University. Wipro and Hike Education are conducting recruitment drives for 2025 graduates.
Wipro is hiring for Customer Service Representative positions with an annual package of Rs 3.08 lakh. The positions are open to graduates from programs like BCA, BBA, BCom, BA, BHM, and BSc, excluding those from Mathematics Honors, Statistics Honors, Economics Honors, BSc Computer Science, and BSc IT. The recruitment drive includes pre-placement talks, HR screenings, and voice and accent rounds, with interviews scheduled for the last week of November.
Hike Education is also hiring for roles such as Business Development Manager, with opportunities for students across multiple fields.
